What allows ChiroConcepts the ability to say, ‘Experience Health in a Brand New Way’? Many of our patients that walk through our doors have never been to a chiropractor and if they have, they have never been to a clinic like ChiroConcepts.
Chiropractic offers an alternative approach to health care. Chiropractors do not use prescription, surgery, or other invasive tools. Chiropractors use the body’s own ability to heal itself. It might seem hard to believe, but everyone is given the ability to health themselves; sometimes we just loose sight of that ability.
One of the most important aspects of what we do on a daily basis is educating the patients we see. We educate them on their body, the importance of ergonomics, stretching, exercising, nutritional support, and many more important aspects of their life that improve their health.
ChiroConcepts stands out from the pack because we go above and beyond. We have our doctors and staff work as a team not only with each other but with our patients. State of the art technology and software is implemented to assist in the treatment and recovery of our patients. Most importantly, the will to be the best not only at what we do but helping the community one family at a time.
This is what allows ChiroConcepts the ability to say,
'Experience your health in a brand new way'
Dr. Matthew Schindlbeck chose a career in chiropractic after low back pain threatened his high school football career. His family encouraged him to consider chiropractic care when pain and anti-inflammatory medication did not work; it seemed to be the only choice left. Within in the first few weeks, the pain, stiffness and lack of motion were improving. After maintaining a great quality of life with a wellness care plan during high school sports, Dr. Matt knew the power of chiropractic care. Dr. Matt’s study of biology during his years in undergraduate studies piqued his interest in the power of the human body and it only made sense that Dr. Matt would choose a profession in chiropractic.
Dr. Matt earned his doctorate from Northwestern College of Chiropractic. Dr. Matt’s goal is to increase the awareness and benefits of safe and natural chiropractic care. His emphasis on preventative and wellness care with therapies, rehabilitation, and strong emphasis on nutritional education are key components to his practice philosophy. He specializes in chiropractic nutrition, the Graston Technique of soft tissue therapy and sports-focused chiropractic. When not working, Dr. Matt’s zest for living in health is evident through his adventures in camping, hunting, fishing, golfing, mountain biking and traveling. Just as he values the health and vitality of his patients, Dr. Matt considers working out to be a mainstay of his own life. He is an active community member and volunteer. His inspiration comes from his wife, daughter, and family.
Dr. Puneet Arora received his Bachelor of Science undergraduate degree from the University of Toronto in 1997. In 2005, he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Northwestern Health Sciences University in Minneapolis, Minnesota. As he was wrapping up his studies in Minneapolis, he moved to Dallas to complete an externship and instantly fell in love with the DFW community and decided to settle here.
Dr. Arora initially practiced Chiropractic in Grand Prairie, TX. In 2007 he started a family practice in McKinney, TX. Most recently he opened Arora Family Chiropractic, PLLC at 4040 Legacy Drive, Suite # 203, Frisco, TX, in June of 2010. It was apparent that the Frisco community was family oriented and growing rapidly, a perfect environment for his current practice.
Dr. Arora, or as many of his patients like to call him, Dr. A, enjoys spending his free time with his family and traveling to Toronto, where he grew up. He is also a member of the Frisco Chamber of Commerce.
Dr. Arora chose a career in chiropractic after he became conscious of the numerous people suffering needlessly from back pain. While a teenager in Canada, he had a serious back problem which became inflamed whenever he participated in any sporting activities. His primary care physician referred him to physical therapy, pain medication and muscle relaxers. After months of attempting to gain relief using these methods and failing, Dr. Arora finally went to a chiropractor. He was started on a treatment plan that consisted of manual therapy, traction, electrical stimulation and trigger point therapy. After an 8 week treatment plan his pain disappeared. Incidentally, he has never had a bout of pain as severe since. This is largely due to the fact that he maintains his spine with regular maintenance chiropractic adjustments. This life changing event caused Dr. Arora to change his educational focus from Dentistry to Chiropractic, and he is grateful to Dr. Philip Smith for opening his eyes to such a wonderful field.
Dr. Arora’s goal is to treat the patient as a whole by restoring optimum nervous system function and allowing the body to heal itself. This is as opposed to treating only symptoms. As he states, time and time again, “I am not healing you, your body is healing itself. I’m just giving your body the push it needs in the right direction. Pain is just your body’s way of letting you know something is wrong, much like the check engine light in your car. You can choose to ignore certain signals or like your car, get it checked out and find out what is really wrong.”
Dr. Arora offers physiotherapy and manual therapy in his new state-of-the-art clinic. The care he offers is gentle and effective to provide comfortable and painless chiropractic care. He frequently treats patients with headaches, neck pain, and back pain. He also provides treatment for patients with carpal tunnel syndrome, sciatica, and sports related injuries.
Come on in, he looks forward to meeting you!
